Everything you need to know about getting your Nerve Harmony and sending it back if you need to.

Processing

Orders placed through this portal ship within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Delivery times and cost

  • 2-bottle package: flat-rate shipping applies at checkout.
  • 3- and 6-bottle packages: free US shipping.
  • Average US delivery: 3-6 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship within the United States. For questions about availability outside the US, contact support before ordering.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, your tracking link is in your dispatch email. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, email [email protected] with your order number.

Returns

Nerve Harmony is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To return an order, email support within 60 days of purchase and we will send the return address. Send all bottles back, full or empty, and we will refund the product price to your original payment method once we receive them. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
