Refund policy

Effective June 2026.

This refund policy explains how returns and refunds work for Nerve Harmony orders placed through nerveharmonyofficial.com, the authorized US distribution portal operated by Brackenfield Neuro Wellness, LLC.

Our 60-day promise

We back every order with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the product price within 60 days of your purchase date, whether the bottles are full, partly used, or empty.

What is eligible

The guarantee applies to Nerve Harmony purchased directly through this portal. Products bought from any other seller, marketplace, or store are outside our control and are not covered. We can help you confirm whether a purchase came from the authorized channel using the verification page.

How refunds are calculated

Approved refunds cover the product price you paid. Any original shipping charge on a 2-bottle order is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.

Starting a return

  1. Email [email protected] within 60 days with your order number and a note that you would like a refund.
  2. We reply with the return address and any reference number you need.
  3. Ship your bottles back. We recommend a tracked method so you have proof of delivery.
  4. Once we receive the return, we issue your refund.

When you will see the refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
